Registered Nurse (Full Time)

We’re looking for compassionate, skilled and confident **Registered Nurses (RGN and/or RMN)** to join our nursing team at Cambridge Nursing Home.

This is an opportunity to work in a well-established nursing home where technology supports good care, clinical standards matter, and residents are at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll be doing

– Delivering high-quality nursing care and clinical leadership
– Administering medication safely using our electronic medication system (eMAR)
– Creating, reviewing and updating digital care plans
– Undertaking assessments and monitoring resident wellbeing
– Working closely with families, GPs, MDTs and external professionals
– Supporting care staff and acting as a role model on shift
– Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring regulatory compliance

What we’re looking for

✅ Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin (**RGN and/or RMN**)

✅ **Essential: Experience using eMAR systems**

✅ **Essential: Experience using digital care planning systems**

✅ **Ideally experienced with Care Vision**

✅ Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

✅ Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities

✅ A genuine passion for person-centred care

✅ **Flexibility to work both days and nights would be highly advantageous**
