We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our friendly team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical support with front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their first contact to their treatment completion.

**Responsibilities**

– Provide excellent patient care by assisting dentists during procedures and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit
– Manage reception duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries efficiently
– Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times
– Communicate clearly with patients, team members, and external providers to coordinate appointments and treatments
– Organize the daily schedule, ensuring smooth workflow and timely patient care
– Support infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards within the practice
– Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating patient information, and managing correspondence

**Qualifications**

– Proven experience in dental nursing or reception within a healthcare setting
– Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse patients and team members
– Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of IT systems relevant to dental practice management
– Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 34.0 per week
