Qualified Dental Nurse – Saturdays Only

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice based in the heart of Plymouth City Centre, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team on a Saturday only basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dental nurse looking for additional hours, a flexible part time role, or a position that fits around other commitments.

**The Role**

As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide a high standard of patient care and ensure the smooth running of the surgery.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Providing chairside support to the dentist during treatments
– Preparing surgeries and maintaining high standards of cross-infection control
– Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
– Supporting patients throughout their appointment
– Maintaining accurate clinical records
– Ensuring surgery areas and equipment are clean, safe and well prepared
– Following all relevant infection prevention and health & safety procedures
– Working as part of a friendly and supportive dental team

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is:

– **GDC registered and fully qualified as a Dental Nurse**
– Reliable, punctual and professional
– Friendly and approachable with excellent patient-care skills
– Confident working independently and as part of a team
– Organised and able to maintain high standards
– Committed to maintaining professional standards and continuing development
– Available to work Saturdays
