Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNMH) – £30 per hour

**Responsibilities**

– Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
– Administer prescribed medications accurately, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
– Provide compassionate patient care, including emotional support and therapeutic interventions.
– Maintain detailed, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
– Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care.
– Observe and record patient behavior, reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.
– Support patients’ recovery journeys by promoting engagement in therapeutic activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Qualifications**

– Valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNMH) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
– Proven experience in mental health settings, demonstrating strong patient care skills.
– Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to mental health conditions and medication effects.
– Ability to administer medications safely and monitor patient responses accurately.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
– Strong observational skills and attention to detail for effective risk assessment and management.
