Registered Veterinary Nurse-RVN at STOLEY’S VETS Corby

## Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse in providing high-quality care to animals and customers to join our independent RCVS practise here in Corby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal welfare and possess strong veterinary and laboratory skills. Including a wide range of medical cases and experience from orthopaedic procedures and endoscopy procedures to routine medical cases.

At Stoley’s Vets, our team of experienced veterinarians and staff provide compassionate, thoughtful care for pets. Led by Veterinary Surgeon Stojanche Kokolanski, we are devoted to building relationships with our clients and preventing issues before they occur.

Stoley brings over 14 years of veterinary experience to Stoley’s Vets.

## Duties
– Assist veterinarians in examining, diagnosing, and treating animals
– Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team
– Perform laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis
– Monitoring anaesthesia
– Provide nursing care to hospitalised animals
– Educate pet owners on post-treatment care and medication administration

– Reception Duties

– Working as part of a team

– Mentoring

**Experience:**

– **Veterinary Nurse: 1 year (preferred)**

**Licence/Certification:**

– **RCVS Qualification (preferred)** RCVS Registered

– Right to work in the UK

**- Desirable:** 1 Year experience preferred, Mentoring experience

Schedule:

– 10 hour shift
– 20 hours per week
– Tuesday and Friday
– Overtime might be needed/extra paid as per normal rate/h
