Clinical Psychologist/Consultant Psychiatrist

The Newton Centre is seeking an experienced **Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist** to support our developing ADHD and autism diagnostic pathway on a flexible, self-employed and remote basis.

Our team undertakes initial screening, developmental and educational history gathering, structured questionnaires and collection of supporting evidence. The successful clinician will independently review this information, undertake any additional clinical assessment required, consider differential and co-occurring conditions, and determine whether diagnostic criteria are met.

The clinician will retain full professional independence and responsibility for their diagnostic opinion. This is **not a report-signing or rubber-stamping role**.

Pay: £120.00-£180.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week

Experience:

– ADHD and/or autism diagnostic assessment: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

– GMC licence to practise OR HCPC Practitioner Psychologist (required)
