Locum GP

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **GP Locum to join our friendly and supportive team** at Sleights & Sandsend Medical Practice for a **6-month maternity cover**.

**The role:**

– **4 sessions per week**
– **£375 per session + NHS pension**
– 6-month maternity cover
– **15-minute appointments**
– A balanced mix of **routine and acute appointments**
– Protected time for **catch-up and clinical administration**
– **Daily clinician debriefs** to discuss complex cases, share learning and support each other
– Supportive and approachable clinical and administrative teams

We pride ourselves on being a friendly, well-organised practice where clinicians are supported to provide **high-quality, patient-centred care**. We value teamwork and communication and make time during the day for clinicians to catch up and discuss anything that needs attention.

You’ll work alongside our established GP team, nurses and wider multidisciplinary team, with regular opportunities to discuss patients and share clinical learning. Our daily debriefs mean you’re never left to manage difficult or complex issues in isolation.
