Registered Nurse

– Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents.
– Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
– Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines.
– Monitor patient conditions and report any concerns promptly.
– Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
– Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
– Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other professionals.
– Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
– Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements.
– Uphold the professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

**Requirements**

– Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
– Previous nursing experience in hospital, care home, or community settings preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and under pressure.
– Strong clinical and organisational skills.
– Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
