**About the Role**

As our Dental Nurse, you’ll work closely with our clinicians and nursing team to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Our clinicians provide a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery and sedation, making this an interesting and varied role for an experienced dental nurse.

We’re not simply looking for an experienced dental nurse, we’re looking for someone who shares our values.

The ideal candidate will:

– Be a GDC-registered dental nurse with previous clinical experience.
– Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
– Be warm, approachable and confident in helping nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
– Take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients arrive.
– Be proactive, organised and able to anticipate the needs of both clinicians and the wider team.
– Lead by example, supporting and encouraging colleagues while maintaining high clinical standards.
– Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
– Be ambitious, dependable and looking to build a long-term career within a supportive practice.

Your Responsibilities

– Provide chairside assistance across a variety of dental procedures.
– Ensure surgeries are fully prepared and equipped for each clinical session.
– Assist with maintaining compliance, cross-infection control and decontamination procedures in line with current regulations.
– Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
– Provide reception support when required to help maintain an excellent patient journey.
– Help foster a positive, friendly and professional working environment where everyone feels supported.
