**Key Responsibilities:**

– Lead, mentor, and supervise the Dental Nurse team
– Conduct and lead regular team meetings
– Act as Infection Control Lead, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed
– Champion CQC standards, audits, and assessments
– Ensure all surgeries are clean, organised, and well stocked
– Assist clinicians during procedures with efficiency and professionalism
– Ensure the highest standards of clinical and patient care
– Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance
– Follow all company policies and procedures at all times
– Be able to carry out patient queries on reception

**The Ideal Candidate:**

– Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered)
– Previous leadership experience or ready to step into a lead role
– Passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences
– Organised, reliable, and highly professional
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Calm under pressure and thrives in a team environment
