Qualified Dental Nurse – Part time, Private Practice

The White House Dental Practice is a Private Dental Practice with a history of serving New Malden for over 62 years. We are a small, close-knit, easy-going team that look after each other. The majority of our work consists of good quality general/restorative dentistry and we also offer orthodontic, cosmetic and implant treatments.

We are looking for a caring and hard working dental nurse with strong communication, interpersonal, organisation and leadership skills who takes pride in their work, takes interest in patients' lives, brings a positive attitude, takes the initiative and ownership of their work, works well with other team members and is adaptable to the needs of our small business. Our appointment times are generous and the nurses have sufficient time for other responsibilities such as decontamination of instruments. Other responsibilities may include some admin and reception responsibilities from time to time, organising clinical areas and helping with any other tasks for the maintenance of the business.

Apart from the usual legal and professional requirements of GDC registration, immunisation, CV, and references etc, it would be desirable to have someone who is experienced and has implant training and some admin/reception experience. Other candidates with good nursing experience will still be considered and should apply. Indemnity will be provided through the practice's own insurance.

The hours (with 1 hour lunch)we are looking for are:

Monday: 10am – 7pm

Thursday: 10am – 7pm

Friday: 10am – 7pm

There may be some flexibility in the hours and timings offered. As it is a long-term position, candidates within an easily commutable distance will be preferred.
