**Location:** Devon/Plymouth & Surrounding Areas **Shifts:** Various/flexible shift patterns – Days & Nights

**Pay Rates (including holiday pay)**:

– **Days:** £35.20 per hour
– **Nights:** £39.55 per hour
– **Weekends:** £44.06 per hour

We are looking for highly skilled and compassionate **Registered Nurses** with an **ICU, PICU, HDU, or complex community care background** to support children with complex healthcare needs in their **own homes and communities**. Working on a one-to-one basis, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care while helping children and their families achieve the best possible quality of life.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking nurses who are:

– **Compassionate and resilient**, with a genuine passion for paediatric care.
– Experienced in UK complex care (minimum **6 months in the last 2 years**).
– Skilled in key areas such as Tracheostomy Management, Ventilation experience, enteral feeding, epilepsy and seizure management and more.
