Consultant Dermatologist

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Dermatologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. **Duties**

– Conduct comprehensive dermatological assessments, including detailed patient history and physical examinations of skin, hair, and nails
– Diagnose a wide range of skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin infections, and skin cancers
– Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing medical therapies, medications, and minimally invasive procedures
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on clinical research projects related to dermatology innovations and new treatment modalities
– Educate patients on skin health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and medication administration protocols
– Perform or supervise procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and other dermatological interventions
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

**Skills**

– Extensive knowledge of dermatology including anatomy of the skin and underlying structures
– Proven experience in clinical research within the dermatology field
– Strong understanding of medical imaging techniques used for diagnosis and treatment planning
– ICU experience or familiarity with managing critically ill patients with complex skin conditions is advantageous
– Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including senior care, hospice care, home care, nursing home residents, and public health initiatives
– Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results effectively
– Proficiency in medication administration specific to dermatological treatments and managing adverse reactions
