**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team. This role combines clinical support with front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring patients receive exceptional care and service throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

**Responsibilities**

– Assist dentists during clinical procedures by preparing equipment and ensuring patient comfort.
– Manage reception duties such as scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and processing payments efficiently.
– Use IT systems to update patient information accurately and manage appointment calendars effectively.
– Communicate clearly with patients and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Requirements**

– Proven experience in dental nursing or reception within a healthcare or dental setting.
– Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse patients.
– Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care procedures, and infection control protocols.
– Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare management and appointment scheduling.
– Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism.
– Relevant qualifications in nursing or dental reception are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
