**\*Kingston-Upon-Thames Area – Full-Time Position – Hours Below\***

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Head Dental Nurse/TCO to join our team at our recently opened practice in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area. This is a great opportunity to join us at the the early stages of our journey with a new practice, giving you a chance to establish yourself and grow with the practice.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group, with close to 35 practices offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position, managing a team of exceptional dental nurses, as well as supporting the practice in treatment coordinator responsibilities.

**The working hours for the position are as follows:**
**Week 1 (Monday-Friday)**

– Monday-Thursday (9AM-6PM)
– Friday (9AM-5PM)

**Week 2 (Tuesday-Saturday)**

– Tuesday-Thursday (9AM-6PM)
– Friday (9AM-5PM)
– Saturday (8:30AM-4:30PM)

### **Key Responsibilities**

– Lead our nursing team, to ensure the practice offers the very best patient experience
– Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
– Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
– Assist with practice managerial duties when required
– To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
– To promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting Fairness, Respect, Equality, Dignity and Autonomy

### **Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

– **Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice**
– **GDC Registration is a requirement for this position**
– Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
– Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
– Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
– Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
