– Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance throughout visits
– Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
– Support infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness standards across clinical areas
