**Responsibilities**

– Lead and manage nursing staff, including supervising, mentoring, and evaluating performance to ensure optimal team functioning.
– Oversee patient care plans
– Coordinate multidisciplinary case management efforts to develop personalized care strategies that meet individual needs.
– Ensure medication administration is performed accurately and safely in accordance with protocols and regulatory guidelines.
– Develop and monitor compliance with healthcare policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations to uphold a secure environment for patients and staff.
– Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and coordination.
– Manage documentation processes related to patient records, incident reports, shift logs, and regulatory audits to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**

– A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid professional registration.
– Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare environments.
– Extensive knowledge of patient care practices including medication administration, anatomy fundamentals, dementia/Alzheimer’s care, and managing individuals with disabilities.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff meetings, training sessions, and family consultations.

Pay: £50,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
