**Duties**

– Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized
– Provide compassionate patient care, including explaining procedures, managing anxieties, and offering post-treatment advice
– Maintain accurate patient records using dental IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
– Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean clinical environment
– Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic efficiency
– Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of patient safety

**Skills**

– Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
– Proficiency in English for clear communication with patients and team members
– Knowledge of nursing principles applied within a dental setting, including infection control and patient management
– Familiarity with dental IT systems for record keeping and appointment management
