**Position: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)**

**Location: The Hamlets, Liverpool**

**Hours:** **36–48 hours per week**
**Pay: £20.40**

**About the role**

At The Hamlets, no two days are the same. You’ll lead and support a dedicated care team, deliver person-centred nursing care, and be a calm, confident presence for residents navigating complex mental health needs. You’ll build real relationships — with residents, families, and colleagues — in a home that values compassion as much as clinical excellence.

**What you’ll bring**

– A valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
– Experience working with older people and/or mental health nursing
– A genuinely caring, patient, and proactive approach
– Strong clinical judgement and the confidence to lead when needed
– A great sense of teamwork — and a sense of humour helps too!
