**What You’ll Do**

– Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
– Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
– Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
– Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect

**What We’re Looking For**

– Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
– At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years
– A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
– The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
– Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
