**Main Responsibilities**

– Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
– Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments safely and as prescribed.
– Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
– Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
– Educate patients and families on health management and wellbeing.
– Promote safety and best practices in infection control and healthcare provision.
– Work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.

**Requirements**

– Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
