**The Role**

We are seeking experienced, compassionate and dedicated **Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN)** to join our professional care team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care while promoting dignity and independence for our residents.

We also offer the opportunity for newly qualified nurses to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with best practice
– Administer medication safely and effectively
– Develop and implement personalised care plans
– Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
– Work closely with care staff, GPs, and external professionals
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
– Provide leadership and support to care assistants

**Requirements**

– Valid **NMC registration (RGN or RMN)**
– Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A compassionate and patient-focused approach
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Previous care home experience (desirable but not essential)
