Registered Nurse GP surgery Locum and Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our GP surgery team as both a locum and permanent staff member. **Duties**

– Deliver expert nursing care to patients across a wide range of primary care needs, including health assessments, chronic disease management, and minor ailment treatments
– Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while ensuring patient safety and understanding
– Conduct thorough patient examinations with sound knowledge of human anatomy to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
– Support GPs by preparing patients for examinations, assisting during procedures, and documenting clinical notes precisely
– Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications
– Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and medication administration in compliance with healthcare regulations
– Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery

Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
