**Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – Full-Time (4-day week)**

Bayswater Veterinary Clinic is looking for a **Registered Veterinary Nurse** to join our independent small-animal practice from **December 2026**.

This is a permanent, full-time position working **40 hours over 4 days**, with a **rotating weekday off between Tuesday and Thursday**.

The role:

We are looking for an RVN who enjoys variety and wants to be involved across both general practice and referral nursing.

Your duties will include:

– Theatre and surgical nursing
– Anaesthesia and monitoring
– Inpatient and patient care
– General practice nursing
– Nurse consultations
– Preventative healthcare
– Dentistry
– Diagnostics
– Supporting referral cases and visiting specialists
– Client communication
– Some reception/administrative support when required

You’ll be joining a small team consisting of a Head RVN, experienced part-time RVN, VCA, Head Vet, part-time Vet, visiting specialists and two receptionists.

Referral experience is desirable but **not essential**.

We are an **independent veterinary practice** with a friendly, experienced and close-knit team.

We combine first-opinion veterinary care with a long-established referral service and work alongside visiting specialists.

Because we are an independent practice, we value teamwork, communication and people who are happy to get involved in the day-to-day running of the practice.

Salary & benefits:

**Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience**
