Salaried GP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and well-established training practice. We pride ourselves on our strong track record of teamwork and delivering high-quality patient care, We have an exciting opportunity for a salaried GP to join our welcoming clinical team for 6 sessions per week, commencing from December 2026 following the departure of a colleague pursuing a new opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated GP who shares our values and is keen to contribute to our supportive and forward-thinking practice.

– Semi-rural practice, close to Reading, approx. 10,000 patients
– Currently 4 partners, 7 salaried doctors, 4 GP registrars
– Personal list based on usual doctor to encourage continuity with buddy and duty system
– 15-minute appointments
– Training Practice with 4 GP Trainers
– Maximum QOF achievement
– ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and excellent patient satisfaction survey
– Highly skilled nursing team with nurse led clinics including minor illness
– Dispensary on site, dispensing to 30% of patients
– 7 weeks’ annual leave & 1 week study leave pro-rata
– Salary: £11,118 per session

– In-house training programme and individual protected time for education
– Active within HenleySonNet PCN, with clinical pharmacists, social prescribers and care co-ordinators
