## **Staff Nurse – Weston Super Mare**

**Location: Weston Super Mare**
**Salary:** £32,647 – £39,092 per year
**Shifts:** Flexible shifts including early starts and waking nights

### **About the role**

We’re looking for a **Staff Nurse** to join our homes in Weston Super Mare.

The people who live here have **higher and more complex needs**, so this role includes close involvement in everyday support as well as health and nursing care. **Some experience working in care is helpful.**

People are supported across different homes, so **you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle**.

### **What you’ll be doing**

– Providing nursing support that fits around people’s everyday lives
– Running shifts and supporting colleagues
– Supporting health needs, medication and hands‑on care
– Working alongside families and health professionals
– Helping people stay well and do the things that matter to them

### **Shifts and working patterns**

– Flexible shifts across a **24/7 service**
– Some **early starts from 7am**
– **Waking night shifts** in some homes

### **Who we’re looking for**

– NMC registered nurse (RNLD, RMN or RGN)
– Calm, confident and supportive in your approach
– Experience in learning disability or complex support (helpful, not essential)
– Able to drive and use your own car for work
